Doors: made in white lacquered walnut wood (custom)
Imbotti: imbotti are present in all open passages and in all the doors and are in white lacquered walnut wood (custom)
Radiators covers: in the studio covers are made in white walnut wood, in the bathroom and in the second floor closet are made in teak (custom)
Skirting: 16 cm white lacquered walnut wood and natural teak in the studio, in the bathroom and in the second-floor closet (custom)
Taps and sanitary: Hans Grohe line Philipp Stark / Ideal Standard
Heating: with gas boiler divided into 3 levels, it can be operated separately as needed.
Air Conditioning: Carrier system with heat pump with external motor drives, there are 4 splits at First Floor and 1 split at Second Floor.
Floor:
- Level 1 Ground floor: white statuary marble with manufacturing at tapestry, with slabs of 80 x 80 cm with various geometric designs.
- Level 2 First floor: solid Teak wood-blocks, with the exception of the 2 bathrooms which are ceramic porcelain.
- Level 3 Second floor: solid Teak wood-blocks, with the exception of the master bathroom and the utility room that are in Granite Black Africa and Red Granite.
